What’s special about an audiobook?
It’s quite a different experience lying back on your bed with an MP3 player and having the book read to you, instead of straining your eyes late into the night and having to work out how to pronounce those archaic English words. The audiobook gives you a unique opportunity to hear the story with all the inflections and emotions that the author intended when he wrote the book, things you might miss when reading it on your own.
It was a lot of fun to perform the book out loud. It’s not as simple as you’d think, because each character has to speak with their own voice in dialogue sections. I pushed myself to my limit with dramatising the story properly. The Darkmaster was especially painful since he has a hoarse, mobster voice. The Riddler was great fun. The Cosmologer was a scream.

It is in the MP3 format, so it’s iPod-ready. This is a big story, and completely unabridged. You’d normally get 5 hours to an audiobook, here you’ll be getting over 22 hours! There are two different versions:
